This project developed  from the concept to the construction. It was a challenge to reach agreements with all the stakeholders including the structure engineer, municipality, and the client. After the project was settled, I had the opportunity to be involved in the construction process as one of the supervisors. That allowed me to see my idea be materialized and  try the project to be as accurate to what I had it in mind. Also, I learned about government requirements and construction process from the foundation to the finishings.

The building is a simple design  of 6 apartment of 65m2  each. It was separated in two buildings in order to allow each apartment had natural light and ventilation. The most remarkable of the building is that it has sustainability features like water harvesting in the roof, green areas on the roof, a green wall and gray water recollection in the showers that is reused in the bathrooms.
